'Official' day 1. I have been playing for a while but I want to keep track now. Hopefully this blog will help me stay motivated. Now that winter is just about over and it's getting nicer outside, it's time to work out and get a rockin' body for the summer.
When I was 15 I used to play DDR Extreme/Super Nova everyday and diet and I lost 20 pounds in a month and a half. Neat! I want to try and do the same thing and see if I can reproduce results.
This time I will replace one meal a day with a protein shake. Water/protein powder and a blender. Yay.
It's going to be harder because during high school I had to wake up early and it was easier to schedule meals.
Rules- I followed these to lose weight
NO fast food.
NO alcohol (or very very little)
Fruit EVERY DAY
You can eat cookies and cake but in tiny portions. Hell I ate fried chicken 3 days a week and I lost weight. Just eat in moderation.
No eating after 8pm. Drink some green tea!
I have Stepmania on my computer and a hardish-soft-pad that has a USB hookup.
I am a 5'4.75" female. (so precise!)
Weigh in today - 164.6 lbs
Goal weight - 140 lbs
To go - 24.6 lbs
Eaten today - Banana -100cal
Toast - 90 cal
Half Can Tuna - 65 cal
Hard Boiled Egg - 80 cal
Toast, 2 slices- 180 cal
Tuna (full can) - 120 cal
Apple - 100 cal
Yogurt - Strawberry - 110 cal
Yogurt - Peach - 110 cal
Hard Boiled Egg - 80 cal
A challenging endeavor. For beginners, try and eliminate 300 calories (or 45 minutes on Heavy) for exercise and eat 450 less calories. As you get better at the game, try and burn 450 calories (1 hour on Heavy). On my version of Stepmania there is no way to calculate how many calories you have burned. As long as you can break a sweat for an hour you should be fine!
I also only played on weekdays and just watched what I ate on the weekends.
