Day 2

Yesterday I incorporated a bit more than 45 minutes into my DDR-ing, since I had DDR Club last night. Onward! I had the worst cravings ever last night. I always seem to be super hungry around night time. I succeeded in not eating anything after 8 though. My DDR friends like to go to Winsteads or Steak and Shake right after DDR Club and that would be a no-no for me. Even though I have a UPS tour today I'm still going to do some Stepmania! I also taught my mom how to play..haha.

Weight - 165.2 lbs
Goal Weight - 140 lbs
To go - 25.2 lbs

2 pieces toast - 180 cal
1 can tuna  - 120 cal (I put the tuna on the toast. No mayo.)
Banana - 90 cal (some of it was brown and mushy so I didn't eat all of it)
Apple - 100 cal
Kung Pao Spicy Noodle Bowl - 420 cal (I thought it would taste nasty but it was actually pretty good)
3 small-ish chicken breasts slightly fried in a skillet w/   olive oil  - 400 cal
This was all a little over 1300 cal. Next time maybe only have 2 chicken breasts and 1/3 less olive oil.
