Hmm. Two weeks of diet and exercise and only 3.2 pounds lost. I think that's an ok pace. I think I'm going to step up the strictness this week on my diet. The cravings are becoming less and less torturous and I put more thought into what's going in my mouth. (That's what she said?)
Accomplishment - No coffee drank the entire week. Let's keep it going!
Goal this week - Not to eat out at all/only eat food from grocery store. Eat a kenogenic diet.
Breakfast
Custom protein shake- halved (I'll have the rest for lunch.)
1/2 banana - 50 cal
1/2 cup frozen strawberries - 50 cal
1/4 tbsp flax seed - 27.5 cal
1/2 cup fat free milk - 45 cal
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder - 70 cal
Total - 242.5
+multivitamin and a cup of green tea
Lunch
Same thing
1/2 banana - 50 cal

Snack
Can of tuna - 140 cal
Dinner
2 cans tuna - 280 cal
1/2 Angus patty - 180 cal
3.5 servings veggie mix - 157.5 cal
Total - 617.5 cal
