I know how I said I would replace a meal with a protein shake, and so far I have not. I'm going to change that, but it's hard to throw back a protein shake when it's mixed with water. I'm going to try and get some skim milk to mix it with.
Today's weigh-in - 161.6 lbs (I thought it said 167 because of the glare on the screen!)
Goal Weight - 140 lbs
To Go - 21.6 lbs
Protein shake - 1 scoop w/ water - 140 cals (I TRIED! It was kinda weird tasting with water.)
Apple - 100 cal (they're small apples actually, they might be only around 90cal.)
Hard boiled egg - 80 cal
Sandwich - 2 slices bread - 150 cal , sliced chicken breast - 70 cal, slice american cheese - 50cal - spicy mustard - 5 cal - total - 275 cal
Jimmy John's Turkey Tom w/ NO MAYO - 321.9 cal (tastes slightly less yummy without the mayo, but 200 cals less)
Jimmy Chips - jalapeno - 150 cal
Diet Coke - 0 cal
Apple - 100 cal
Total - 1166.9 (so I could've had mayo and still been under my limit if I hadn't eaten that last apple. Great.)
35 min Heavy Stepmania. I was sweatin'!
I have never craved Cheetos so bad in my life. I felt so grumpy and tired and was yawning even though I got 10 hours of sleep. Right after I ate the chicken sandwich the cravings went away and I was energetic and ready to play Stepmania. Yay carbs! Though I had to wait 30 minutes or else I would have got a stitch. I also fixed a problem with my mat not registering the left and down arrows, making it impossible to pass a song.
I'm weighing myself right when I get up, by the way.
I decided to do some research on some of my fav fast food items. My no. 1 fav being the tender crisp sandwich at BK with a medium fries. Those two things alone equal 1,240 calories. Holy snikey. If I ate that, the only other thing I could eat to meet my limit would be an apple..probably half an apple. And I'd be hungry the rest of the day. And both items combined have over 100g of fat. Gross. Oh chicken sammich, you are so good to me, but I think we should part ways for the better.
KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!
