Day 8

IT'S PIE DAY! AND I CAN'T EAT PIE! Great.

Oha. Mah. Gawd. I woke up at 2pm. Haha, I guess I was sleepy. I didn't get to bed until 3am however. I lovvve my Six Feet Under. I'm almost halfway through the series. And of course when I stop eating around 8pm, I got very hungry. Doesn't help when your friends taunt you with pizza and ravioli.
DDR Club is tonight (yes I go to a weekly club for DDR..), but I will still get 45 min in of Stepmania at home.

Weigh in - 162.3 lbs
Goal Weight - 140 lbs
To go - 22.3 lbs

Breakfast/Lunch (I guess?)
3 servings oatmeal - 450 cal + 1 1/2 cup 2% milk - 195 cal, total 645
(I was soo hungry!)
1 cup coffee with 4 tablespoons gluten and lactose free half-n-half - 62 cal
Total  707 cal

45 Min Heavy Stepmania
Um.. no fruit because I still need to go grocery shopping. 

Dinner
Protein shake - 1 scoop, 140 cal,  1 cup 2% milk - 130 cal - total 270 cal
1 slice oat bran bread with 1 tablespoon hummus - 135 cal
Apple - 100cal
Total 505 cal

Snacky 
Half a 100 calorie pack - 50 cal (hurduhrr)
A carrot. - 35 cal

Total - 1212 cal

Methinks I'm going to cut out the coffee from my diet. I am a coffee fiend, but I did some research and I figured it's not good in the long run. I always thought the people who buy Starbucks on a regular basis were a bit crazy. If you buy a medium or large latte every day, that's like $100 a month down your drain (lolol).  I guess we all have our own little habits that add up. But now that I'm going to the arcade 1 day a week instead of 3, I'll save $50 a month. Losin' weight while fattening my wallet. Cool.

I did this nutrition requirements calculator, even on the lowest exercise setting it says I need about 1,700 to lose weight.  Um.. I was barely eating that before and I gained weight. So I did some math and reduced it to 1,300 cal.
Carbs - 162.57 g
Fat - 42.9 g
Protein - 65g

That all adds up to 1,300. That's still a lot to me!
So the goals is clear for this week - no coffee.
