Even though it might not be a lot, I feel full. So much protein.

With one situp and one pushup between rounds. I totaled up to 15 situps and pushups today. I want to start off slow. So I'll gradually add one more every other day.
Ran out of vanilla protein powder. The strawberry one tastes better anyway.
Yes it is obvious I'm trying to keep my carbs to a minimum to put my body in a ketogenic state. This carb reduction is gradual. I love bread. But I love meat too. So I guess this will be ok.

Half tblspn butter - 50 cal
Little bit o cheese - 30 cal

Total 1210 calories
