I'm going to try something new, group what I'm eating into meals n snacks instead of just listing them.
Late Breakfast
Strawberry Vitality Cereal - 1 1/4 serving - 137.5 cal
1 cup 2% milk - 130 cal (ok, so we didn't get skim milk. I guess 2% will do)
Apple - 100 cal
Lunch-ish?
1 cup coffee with 4 tablespoons half-n-half = 62 cal
2 servings edamame - 200 cal
Workout - 45 min Heavy/Challenge Stepmania
Snack
Banana - 100 cal
Carrots - 50 cal
Dinner
Turkey Sammich - 514.9 cal
Jalapeno Chips - 100 cal
Total - 1394.4
I'm thinking about going out and getting some little snacky bars if I get cravings, like those special k bars or 100 calorie packs. I feel very proud of myself having so much self control lately. Pat on the back for meeee! I can't believe Stephanie from the kids show Lazy Town is older than me but so very petite. I am average height, which I guess works in favor for me most of the time. Cept when buying pants, short is too short and regular is too long. I have some size 8 really nice 'diva' jeans in my closet I've had for a few years that I've never worn because I can't fit into them, even though I could fit into other styles of size 8 pants. I realize if I go back from size Med-Large to Small again I'll have to get a new wardrobe. At least I have those jeans then. RAMBLERAMBLERAMBLE.
