Day 7

Sigh. I had some pizza last night at the bday party. So I prolly ate 1,700 cals total rather than 1,300. I found a way to punish myself for a week. My arms are sore from just those 25 pushups but I took a pain-reliever and will probably go at them again today. I really ought to just work out all day until I get a job.

Weigh in - 163.6 lbs
Goal Weight - 140 lbs
To Go - 23.6 lbs

Breakfast
2 scoops protein powder - 280 cal + 1 cup 2% milk - 130 cal = 410 cal

Coffee - 4 tablespoons lactose and gluten free half-n-half - 62 cal

Lunch/Dinner
(been working on new stuff today so I forgot to eat!)
1 cup oatmeal - 300 cal , 1 cup 2% milk - 130 cal = total 430 cal

Snack
1 slice Oat Bran bread - 90 cal
1 tablespoon hummus - 45 cal
Apple Cider - 12 oz - 160 cal

Total - 1197 cal
Not that hungry today. Had to kinda force myself to eat.
I ran out of fruit to eat. Uh oh! Grocery shopping tomorrow?

Why did I cheat my diet with unhealthy foods? I was doing so well. Not even through the first week! I dun goof'd. Well it's time I dun serious'd. Hiccups happen. But I can't let this event happen again in the next 12 weeks.
