Did some more ITG at Powerplay, but I couldn't make it past 3 rounds but I probably burned 200-300 extra calories.
Doing more research, there's a lot of 'cut out soda and candy and chips' talk. For me this was a bit different because I rarely, if ever, eat candy, chips, and only occasionally have soda (and it's diet). Candy is too sweet for me most of the time. Normal soda is too sweet for me. I like potato chips but I don't eat them regularly. Maybe a couple times a month, if less. I was only eating once or twice a day before this. Lately I've had a lot more energy and I have barely any acne now (might be because my water intake increased dramatically). There are times where I have intense cravings and times where I really want to eat more. It gets easier over time though.
