Custom epic protein shake - halved

1/2 cup fat free milk - 45 cal
1/2 banana - 50 cal
1 tbspn ground flax seed - 55 cal
1/2 tbspn Jiffy all natural peanut butter - 45 cal
Total - 265 cal
+multivitamin
Lunch
The other half of my epic protein shake - 265 cal
Apple - 100 cal
Total - 365 cal
Snacky
Carrots - 70 cal
100 calorie pack - 100 cal
Total - 170 cal
Raking my backyard is taking hours and my muscles are burning! I'll skip the workout today, instead play at Powerplay later tonight. Yay!
Dinner
2 servings whole wheat pasta with pesto- 460 cal
Tiny portions of meatloaf and mashed potatoes - 400 cal
Total - 860 cal
Total - 1660 (uh ohs! A little much.)
Time for the arcade, Powerplay. That alone should burn an extra 300-400 calories, as well as the workout I got today from raking and bagging for 3 or 4 hours. Tomorrow, if I'm not totally sore from raking, will be spent raking the rest of the yard and doing some more weight training.
